Scouted at London Tattoo Convention last weekend (28-30th September) by no other than the eagle-eyed Elite model scout Leah, Rui appears to have the full package - he is tall, dark and comes complete with the sultry-eyed Mediterranean charm... Oh, and did we mention the awesome tattoos gracing his torso??! An editorial dream.
