On Saturday, May 12^th as a part of Elite Model Look 2012 casting tour we headed for our next stop to MetroCentre, Gateshead in hope to repeat last year’s success of discovering Elite’s future supermodel from the Newcastle area. As we arrived to MetroCentre we were greeted by friendly and chatty shoppers, as well as the superb sunny weather which seemed to have drawn all those gorgeous Geordie boys and girls to the Elite Model Look casting area!

Our hardworking scouts were also on the roll as they scouted plenty of potential models that caused a lot of positive reaction from everyone here at Elite London, and we are just so excited to see them again at the Semi-Finals! As for the incredible make up team, they were absolutely outstanding at beautifying the crowd with gorgeous Look Beauty cosmetics and also for preparing our nine finalists for the final catwalk show.

Our last year's Elite Model Look 2011 winner Maddy Hooton, who is also a fellow Geordie, came down to MetroCentre for the catwalk grand finale to brief our nine Newcastle finalists on how to work the runway and share her experience of participating in (and winning) the Elite Model Look 2011.

All in all, we were absolutely pleased with the success of the Saturday's casting and so here's to yet another amazing Elite Model Look casting day!
